How to create a bookable space

Bookable space

A bookable space is a space that is bookable (free or paid) for use by an app user for a period of time.

Once a space has been booked by an app user, it cannot be booked by another app user.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu, select Spaces > Available Spaces.
2. On the Available Spaces screen in the top right corner, select Actions > New Space.
   
3. Complete the mandatory fields (denoted with a *) and any other fields within the space creation form with the information you would like to display. See the field description list for more information on the fields.
   
4. Click Save. Your space will appear in the app immediately with a placeholder image. To upload a space image, see How to add an image to a space.
