How to create a display only space

Display only space

A display only space is a space that you want displayed on the app so app users know it is available, however the user cannot book the space. For example, a communal space that is available for use on a first come first serve basis.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu, select Spaces > Available Spaces.
2. On the Available Spaces screen in the top right corner, select Actions > New Space.
   
3. Complete the mandatory fields (denoted with a *) within the space creation form with the information you would like to display. See the field description list for more information on the fields.
   
4. To turn this space into a display only space, under Display Settings, use the drop down under Display Space Only to select Yes.
   
5. Complete any other remaining fields with information you would like to display.
6. Click Save. Your space will appear in the app immediately with a placeholder image. To upload a space image, see How to add an image to a space.
