How to create an offer – Host Building

Offers

Offers are a way to advertise within the app discounts or promotions given to a client to pass onto their staff and/or tenants to redeem. This feature is independent of any other app feature or functionality and can only be created by client admins.

For example, a client may have a corporate discount with a private health insurer that they wish to pass onto their staff, this can be displayed as an offer in the app. The app user would then go to the private health insurer directly to use the discount.

Steps

From the left-hand side menu, select Offers.
On the Offers screen in the top right corner, select Actions > New Offer.
Complete the mandatory fields (denoted with a *)and any other fields within the offer creation form with the information you would like to display. See the field description list for more information on the fields.
Click Save. Your offer will appear in the app immediately with a placeholder image. To upload an offer image, see How to add an image to an offer.
