How to create a notice

Notices

Notices are a way to publish quick and short communications to app users and display it in the app for a set period of time. Notices are text only and do not have images.  

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu, select Noticeboard.
2. On the Noticeboard screen in the top right corner, select Actions > New Notice. 
   
3. Complete the fields within the notice creation form with the information you would like to display. See the field description list for more information on the fields.
   
4. Click Save. Your notice will appear in the app from the start date.

Tip

Once your notice is saved, the Request More toggle can be used to quickly hide or show the contact details on the notice.
