Notice creation/edit form field descriptions – Host Building

Title (required) – The subject of the notice which is displayed to the app user.
Description (required) – A short summary of what the notice is about that will show on the notice card to the app user.
Start displaying on (required) – When the notice will start appearing in the app.
End displaying on (required) – When the notice will stop appearing in the app.
Request more – No, doesn’t display the contact details at the bottom of the notice, yes, displays the contact details at the bottom of the notice. No is selected by default.
Contact name – The name of the person to contact about the notice.
Contact Email – The email to use to contact the person about the notice.
Contact Phone – The phone number to use to contact the person about the notice.
Notifications – If ticked, a push notification will automatically be sent to app users at the nominated time on the start date of the notice. The push notification will read “A new notice :title has been published in your building.” If tapped, app users will be taken to the notice. Note, app users receiving push notifications is dependent on their device settings.
