How to edit the name of a user group

Editing the name of a user group

As user groups are not seen by the app user, user group names can be edited after creation.

A tenant user group name cannot be changed as it is directly linked to the name of the tenant.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu, select Groups > User Groups.
2. On the User Groups screen, navigate to the user group you would like to edit and on the far right select Actions > Edit.
   
3. Edit the name of the user group and click Save. The name of the user group should now be updated.
