How to delete an external link

Deleting an external link

An external link is not deleted until the changes are saved.

Steps

As external links can be used on a number of features, for the purpose of these steps we will delete an external link on a space, however the steps will be similar for the other features with external link capabilities. 

1. From the left-hand side menu, select Spaces > Available Spaces.
2. On the Available Spaces screen, navigate to the space that has an external link you would like to delete and on the right of the name click External Links > External Link #1, #2 or #3 depending which link you would like to delete.
3. The edit external link window will open. From the link type drop down, select the blank option from the top of the list. This will make all the fields below disappear deleting any existing external link.
   
4. Click Save.
