How to change the external link button name when there is more than one external link

External link button name

When there is more than one external link, the system will automatically group these external links under one button in the app named ‘Additional Information’. The name of this button is customizable. 

Steps

As external links can be used on a number of features, for the purpose of these steps we will change the name of the external link button for a space, however the steps will be similar for the other features with external link capabilities. 

1. From the left-hand side menu, select Spaces > Available Spaces.
2. On the Available Spaces screen, navigate to the space that has multiple external links and on the right of the name click Actions > Ext Link Name.
   
   
3. The External Link Button Label window will open. In the External Link Label field, enter in your new external link button name.
   
4. Click Save. The name of the button will now change to what you have entered.
