Discount Name – The name of the discount. This is for admin portal use only and is not displayed in the app or to the app user.
Discount start date – The date the discount is applicable from.
Discount end date – The date the discount is applicable to.
Display discount information on the app – This controls whether the discount information is shown to the app user or whether it is applied and the app user isn’t informed of the discount they are receiving. For example, the event could cost $10 for all tenants apart from one tenant who can book it at $5, however you may not want this discount to show in the app.
Discount usage limit refreshes monthly – This controls whether you want the discount and limitations to refresh on the 1st of each month.
Discount
Discount type – Whether the discount is a dollar value or percentage of the event cost.
Discount amount – How much the discount is without a dollar or percent sign.
Maximum discount amount – If a percentage discount is selected, you can specify the maximum discount allowed. For example, if you set a 10% discount, however you don’t want to allow discounts over $100 then enter 100. If no maximum discount amount is required, leave blank or enter 0.
Limitations
Total Redemption Limit – Total discount redemption limit for all users. For example, an event could be offering a 50% discount for the first 100 registrants, therefore the total redemption limit would be 100.
Maximum Number of Usages per user – Total discount redemption limit per user. If left blank, it will default to single use per user.
