Event reports
Event reports can be run on a particular session or all sessions of an event that has registrations. An all sessions report will show the app users registered to the event and attendees, once the event has passed. If there were no registered app users or attendees the event session will not show on the report. A particular session report can show whether the app users registered to the event or the attendees, once the event has passed by client admin. In order to see the app users who attended an event, the app user must be checked in to the event using the QR code scanner in the app, see how to check in event attendees.
Steps to export all sessions with registrations report
- From the left-hand side menu, click Events & Functions > All Events.
- On the All Events screen, navigate to the event you want to run a report on and click Actions > Download Report.
- The report will download automatically as a CSV file.
Steps to export registrations or attendees on particular session
- From the left-hand side menu, click Events & Functions > All Events.
- On the All Events screen, navigate to the event you want to run a report on and click Actions > Upcoming Sessions.
- The event sessions will show. Navigate to the session you want to run a report on and click Actions > View Session Details.
- The session details window will show. To download the either registrations or attendees, click Download List. The event session summary will show the app users registered to attend the event. Before downloading, check to see the registration or attendees count is higher than 0 or that there are registrants listed to ensure report will be populated with data. In order to see the app users who attended an event, the app user must be checked in to the event using the QR code scanner in the app, see how to check in event attendees.
- The report will download automatically as a CSV file.
- Press Done to exit.
