How to view upcoming event sessions and attendees

Viewing event sessions and attendees

Viewing event sessions and attendees allows you to see the upcoming sessions and the app users who are attending each session.

Steps to view event sessions

1. From the left-hand side menu, click Events & Functions > All Events.
2. On the All Events screen, navigate to the event you want to view and click Actions > Upcoming Sessions.
   
   
3. The event sessions and information will show. The password is needed when checking-in registered app users to the event, see How to check-in event attendees.
   
4. Press Done to exit.

Steps to view event attendees

1. From the left-hand side menu, click Events & Functions > All Events.
2. On the All Events screen, navigate to the event you want to view and click Actions > Upcoming Sessions.
   
   
3. The event sessions will show. Navigate to the session you want to view the attendee list for and click Actions > View Session Details.
   
   
4. The session details window will show. The event session summary will show the app users registered to attend the event. If the event has passed, it will show the number of app users who attended the event if each attendee was checked into the event using the QR code scanner in the app, see how to check in event attendees. A list of all app users registered to attend the event will show under the event session summary.
   
   
5. Press Done to exit.
