Event images
Events are created with a placeholder image and you can change the image after an event has been created (it is not possible to add an image at the event creation stage). It is recommended to add an image to an event to give the app user a visual indication of what the event is. Currently you can only upload 1 image per event.
An event image will show on the event list view, the event page and homepage events feed.
Steps
- From the left-hand side menu, select Event & Functions > All Events.
- On the Available Spaces screen, find the space you want to add an image to and on the far right of the space click Actions > Event Image.
- On the Upload Images modal, click Choose File and select the file you want to add to the event from your folders and click Open. Note, images should be a PNG or JPEG file and under 4MB in size.
- Click Save. Your event should now have an image in the app.
