How to delete an event discount

Deleting an event discount

Once a discount is deleted it will no longer appear in the admin portal or in the app for use. Future event bookings that had the discount applied before the discount was deleted will still be valid.

If an event discount has been used, it is recommended that the discount be made inactive rather than deleted.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu, click Events & Functions > Discounts.
2. On the Discounts screen, navigate to the discount you want to delete and click Actions > Delete.
   
   
3. A warning modal will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the discount, click Proceed.
   
4. Your discount is now deleted.
