Deleting an event
Before deleting an event, check for any sessions that are published to the app. If an event has any sessions, the event should be cancelled rather than deleted, see how to cancel an event.
Once an event is deleted it will no longer appear in the admin portal, in the app, or on event reports.
We recommend only deleting an event if it has been created in error and sessions haven’t been published to the app.
Steps
- From the left-hand side menu, select Events & Functions > All Events.
- On the All Events screen, find the event you want to delete and on the far right of the space click Actions > Delete.
- A warning modal will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the event, click Proceed.
- Your event is now deleted.
