How to run a promo code usage report

Promo code usage reports

There are two different promo code usage reports that can be exported, all promo code usage or usage for a particular promo code only.

The reports will only show the promo codes listed in the admin portal. Deleted promo codes will not show on the reports.

Steps to export all promo code usage

1. From the left-hand side menu, click Promo Code.
2. On the promo code screen in the top right corner, select Actions > Download Report.
   
3. The report will download automatically as a CSV file.

Steps to export a promo code’s usage

1. From the left-hand side menu, click Promo Code.
2. On the Promo Code screen, find the promo code you want to run a report on and on the far right of the promo code click Actions > Download Report.
   
3. The report will download automatically as a CSV file.
