How to hide/unhide a vendor

Hide/unhide a vendor

Hiding a vendor means the vendor does not appear in the app.

This feature can enable you to create and fully set up a vendor before making it visible in the app, or it can enable you to remove a vendor from the app who is no longer trading without losing all of the data that would be caused by deleting the vendor.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu in building or client admin, select My Building> Building.
2. On the building screen, navigate to the building that has the vendor you want to hide or unhide and click Vendors > View Vendors.
   
3. On the vendors list screen, navigate to the vendor you want to hide or unhide and click Actions at the bottom of the list toggle on or off hide.
   
   
4. Click Close.
