How to upload a vendor banner image

Vendor banner image

Vendors are created with a placeholder image and you can change the image after the vendor has been created (it is not possible to add a banner image at the vendor creation stage). It is recommended to add a banner image to the vendor to give the app user a visual indication of what the vendor sells. Currently you can only upload 1 image per banner.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu in building or client admin, select My Building > Building.
2. On the building screen, navigate to the building that has the vendor you want to add a banner to and click Vendors > View Vendors.
   
3. On the vendors list screen, navigate to the vendor you want to add a banner to and click Actions > Upload Banner.
   
   
4. On the Upload Banner modal, click Choose File and select the file you want to add as the vendor banner from your folders and click Open. Note, banner images should be a PNG or JPEG file and under 4MB in size. 
   
5. The banner will be uploaded and the window will closed automatically. The new banner image will show in the app.
