How to delete a vendor

Deleting a vendor

Once a vendor is deleted it will no longer appear in the admin portal, in the app, or on vendor reports. The vendor’s account will also be deleted and the vendor will no longer have access to vendor admin.

We recommend only deleting an vendor if it is no longer needed, has been created in error, or no longer trades. If you would like to remove a vendor from the app but maintain access to the vendor admin, see how to hide/unhide a vendor.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu in building or client admin, select My Building> Building.
2. On the building screen, navigate to the building that has the vendor you want to delete and click Vendors > View Vendors.
   
3. On the vendors list screen, navigate to the vendor you want to delete and click Actions > Delete.
   
   
4. A warning modal will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the vendor, click Proceed.
   
5. Your vendor is now deleted.
