We’ve been working to improve the user interface and user experience of My Profile. Among the many changes made, below are the most notable changes for the app user.
These improvements will be available in release V1.74 which is due for release in April 2023.

Color, Icons and Section Order
A new set of icons have been introduced to enable app users to easily identify each section with a visual correlation to all items, allowing for faster content scanning. A new overall color hierarchy has also been introduced. Accordion headers will now be white with black text and the icon color is taken from the historic background color of the accordions.
The sections within My Profile are now grouped by topic. On iOS, when an editable section is changed, a Save button will show within the accordion rather than at the bottom of the screen.
Profile image
Profile image upload has been updated to support that latest device native upload. When no image is uploaded, the app users' initials will display. The app user’s name will also show to the right of their profile image.
Quick Access to My QR Code or Mobile Access
My QR Code and Mobile Access (if required) are now shown as buttons at the top of the screen rather than in an accordion allowing quick access to these features.
My QR Code Scanner
The QR Code now appears on its own screen, and 3 additional buttons which take the app user to each individual scanner for events, services and location have been added to align closer to a mobile access format.
Paid Subscriptions
The Paid Subscription accordion now differentiates active and cancelled subscriptions linked to the app user’s account to show the app user full transparency over their subscriptions.
Credit Cards
App users can now see a list of their registered credit cards from within the accordion view under My Credit Cards, rather than opening a new page to see the information.
Third Party Licences
Under Support, the Third-Party Licences accordion will contain a View Licences button which when selected, Android app users will be taken to a new page that shows all the licences applicable and iOS app users will be taken to the device’s native settings screen showing the licences.
