How to view shared news articles

Shared news articles

If the client has more than one building, a building can create a news article and share it with the other buildings.

Shared news articles can only be edited by the building who created and published the article.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu in building or client admin, select News & Comms > Shared Content.
2. On the Shared News & Comms screen any news articles shared with your building will appear.
