Marketing consents

We enabled the ability for app users to opt-in to receive marketing emails and notifications. See Product Update: Consent to receive marketing for more information.

My Profile

We’ve been working to improve the user interface and user experience of My Profile. There have be iterative changes over last few releases with all updates to be completed by V1.74 which is due for release in April 2023. See Coming Soon: My Profile Redesign for more information.  In this release we have updated the my QR code scanner. The QR Code now appears on its own screen, and 3 additional buttons which take the app user to each individual scanner for events, services and location have been added to align closer to a mobile access format.

Sine now has analytics

Analytic data on the Sine integration is now available to receive and curate to track the uptake and success of the integration.

What’s improved

New Admin Portal Account Type

A new admin portal account type has been added called Data Analyst. This account type will have the ability to pull reports on multiple clients across an instance. Reports that are generated by a Data Analyst have users personal identifiable information censored. Please contact your Host representative if you are interested in Data Analyst accounts for your region.

Policy Name added to Policy Acceptance History Data Collection

The name given to a policy is now recorded against the policy acceptance data collected allowing the user to easily identify what policy an app user has accepted. In the Admin Portal, the Policy Acceptance History report will now show the policy name. Client API data now has a new report called ‘policy_acceptance_2’ which will show the policy name.

Access OpenPath support from the settings screen

Within the OpenPath settings modal app users can now navigate to the Contact Support page.

Report problems to OpenPath

When an app user taps contact support on an OpenPath door finding screen and they submit a request, Host will send a copy of the error message to OpenPath.

Menu with 12 or less tiles visible without scrolling

When an app menu has 12 or less tiles, all tiles will display on the screen without the app user having to scroll.

Traditional Chinese characters now display correctly on reports

Traditional Chinese characters now display correctly in all data reports. This update also included adding support for UTF-8 BOM.   

Android now has a show/hide bottom navigation

When scrolling down a page, the bottom navigation will disappear and it will reappear when app user reaches bottom of the page or scrolls up.

Improved subscription cancelled summary text

When an app user cancels a subscription, the text on the summary page has been update to say “Your subscription end date is XXXX”.

Integration updates

• Update Kastle SDK to 3.7.6 [Android only]
• The settings toggle design in HID and Kastle has been updated.

Resolved bugs

App

• When a user adds an approved space booking to their calendar, the booking details showed in the app users calendar removed all text formatting and instead displayed the HTML formatting notation.
• OpenPath showing request access screen when app user has access. [Android only]
• Hompage carousel displaying news articles before the display period.
• On iPhone 8, app menu icons are displaying as different size despite the same size. [iOS only]
• Services content with long titles are getting cut off on content card view as there is no character limit when a title is set. [iOS only]
• When a device is set to Thai or Chinese the app user is receiving error messages when going into Services.

Admin portal

• Unable to create states or countries due to tax rate dropdown not populating.
• Event discount total redemption limit not allowing discount to be used when it is left blank upon creation.
• Uploading an email logo via Branding > Email Logo puts a width restriction on the logo, when there should only be a height restriction.
• Uploading an email logo via Building > Actions > Email Logo it is not uploading successfully.
• When entering alternate languages for building terms and conditions, the alternate languages are not holding when saved.
• In Vendor Admin, viewing Stripe Transaction screen returns a 403 error page.
• Burst notifications are being sent to all tenants even if targeted to a single tenancy.
• Auto cancellation on Space bookings is not functioning as expected.
