What’s new

App user last active date

In the portal on the “App User List View” screen, Admins can now see the date an app user last opened the app under the Last Active column.

When exporting the user list from this page, the CSV export has been expanded to include the last active date for each user, as well as other relevant fields.

New app footer [Android only]

In this release we have updated footer on Android only, which will be updated across the entire app. As part of the new footer, the existing client background color, icon color & text/indicator color will remain as part of the new design. The corners of the footer will be rounded in both of the top corners and the selected page will be highlighted with the use of bold.  

New Client data API

Client data API now includes a tenant directory and a service data export.

What’s improved

Languages supported for Country and State on Registration screen

On the registration screen of the app, the list of countries and states will now show in the language the device is set to. The Country Name and State Name fields in the admin portal support a translation to be entered as required.

Delete countries and states

Instance admins can now delete countries and states in the admin portal that are not in use. If a country or state is in use, the admin will not be able to delete the country or state. The admin can also restore the country or state if required.

My Profile tidy up [iOS only]

After the My Profile redesign, iOS have made minor changes to tidy up the page to ensure the best user experience.

Resolved bugs

App

• When accessing the details view for an event via a deep link, the footer bar of the app is not hiding, causing the “book now” button to be hidden [Android only]
• When tapping into a push notification linked to the Offers list view page the app user is take to the app homepage, rather than the intended offers list view [iOS only]

Admin portal

• When uploading a document or image, the filter for allowable file extensions is failing on documents and images with uppercase characters even though the file type is allowed.
• Homepage feature carousel headers are not saving translations for the carousel header.
• Instance admins seeing a 403 error page when they attempt to view the integration logs.
• Client and instance admins seeing a 504 error page when trying to download policy acceptance history.
• When attempting to download a customer satisfaction report, the admin is seeing a ‘This site can’t be reached’ error message.
• Poll categories are not showing the number of active polls even when there are active polls in the category.
• The count for the number of times an external link had been opened possibly showing an incorrect count and required investigation.
