Services
Services are concierge or third-party services offered by the building. There are three types of services, general service, loan service and subscription/reoccurring service.
A general service could be dry cleaning or lodging a lost access pass. A loan service could be umbrella hire or charger/power bank hire. Reoccurring services are subscriptions, see how to create subscription payments. Once the subscription is created, be sure to select the subscription option under the payment methods.
Services can be free, one-off payments or reoccurring payments.
Once a service is created it will be live in the app instantly. If a service should only be available to particular groups, see how to apply group targeting.
Services can be created by building or client admins, however subscriptions rates can only be created by client admins.
A customer satisfaction survey can automatically be presented to the app user after they use a service.

Steps
- From the left-hand side menu in building or client admin, select Services.
- On the Services screen in the top right corner, click Actions > New Service.
- Complete the fields within the new services form with the information you would like to display. See the field description list for more information on the fields.
- Click Save. Your service will appear in the app instantly without an image, see how to add an image to a service. If a service should only be available to particular groups, see how to apply group targeting.
Tip
For loan services, admin can use the QR Code scanner in the app to check out and return the loan item. The password to open the QR scanner in the app is available on the services screen under QR password. See how to use the service scanner.
