- Service Name – The name of the service.
- Service Summary - The description of the service that will show in the list view of all the services available to the app user.
- Service Description - The description of the service that will show once the app user clicks into the service.
- Service Mode – Is the service a general service or a loan service. Use general service if you are wanting it to be a service subscription.
- Primary Building – The building where the service takes place.
- Share this service with other buildings - This enables you to share the service with other buildings available in the app that are owned by the same client. When shared with other buildings, the tenants of the other building/s will be able to see and book the service.
- Service Category - The category you want your service to appear in when the app user filters by category, or, if your app has multiple Service menu tiles, the category you select will also determine which menu tile the service appears within. Speak to your Host contact if you would like more categories added.

Link Account –
- Non-subscription services - Select the account who will be managing the service (only the account linked will be able to see the service requests in the service desk). If there is a cost associated with the service, the account must be Stripe e-commerce enabled as this is where payments will be sent. The email address of the linked account will automatically be sent booking confirmation emails.
- Subscription services - Select the account who will be managing the service (only the account linked will be able to see the service requests in the service desk). The email address of the linked account will automatically be sent booking confirmation emails. Subscription payments will be sent to the Stripe e-commerce enabled account linked to the subscription when the subscription was set up.
- Default Tax Rate - The tax rate for the service will default to your region’s tax rate. To change it, select the tax rate you would like from the drop down. The tax rate selected will apply to the service as well as any added capture fields that incur a cost.
- Service Starts At – The time of day the service is starts.
- Service Ends At – The time of day the service ends.
- Auto Add Users to Group - Select the user group/s you would like app users who book this service to be added to.
- Card Display Only - By selecting Yes app users can only see the service listed on the list view screen and they cannot click into the service to view more.
- Require Approval - Selecting No will mean that a service booking can be made and confirmed without approval first. Selecting Yes will mean that a request will come through to the nominated person to be approved (or denied) before the booking is confirmed. If the service requires approval, this will be displayed via the service desk depending on the service type and during the booking process in the app. Pay now and pay later bookings will not be charged or issued an invoice until the booking is approved.
- Auto Cancellation Period - If yes is selected for ‘Requires Approval’, you can set a timeframe in which booking requests must be approved in the admin portal. The app user will have their booking request cancelled if it is not approved within this time period. If you do not wish to have an auto cancellation period, set this field to 0.
- Approval Email - If yes is selected for ‘Requires Approval’, the email addresses entered into this field will be the people who receive the booking request emails to approve in the admin portal. Any email address can be added to this field.
- Is Read Only - Select No from the drop down if you want to make the service bookable. Select Yes from the drop down if you want to make the service display only (not bookable).
- Button Label - If you would like to customize the button text, enter alternative text. The button text is limited to 25 characters.
- Disable Customer Satisfaction Survey - If set to Yes this will exclude this service from the automated C-Sat question that pops up in users app after submitting the form.
- Skip Default Communication - If set to Yes, app users will not be sent the automated email confirmations when requesting the service.
Payment Methods
- Subscription Options – To turn a service into a subscription, select a subscription rate from the drop down. See how to create a subscription which should be created before the service is created. Note, all subscriptions are charged as Pay Now automatically.
- Pay Now – The app user will pay for the service via their credit card within the app.
- Pay Later – The app user will be emailed an invoice. The email directs the user to a Stripe hosted webpage to pay via credit card.
Capture Fields
Add custom fields to the service screen to capture additional information from the app user in relation to the booking. For example, you could ask for an input of text or numbers, ask a question with a single or multiple-choice answer, or ask for a date and/or time. You can make these capture fields required so that the user has to enter information or answer the question in order to book the service. If the field is set to rememberable, the information will be remembered for future bookings, so the app user only has to enter the information once at the first time of booking.
