Subscriptions
Subscriptions are reoccurring services that automatically renew per the period selected, such as locker hire.
Subscriptions payments can only be created by client admins.
Creating a subscription is a two-phase process, the subscription product needs to be created and then subscription plans or payments need to be set up against the subscription product.
Once a subscription is created, it is then linked to a service to enable an app user to subscribe to the service, see how to create a service.

- From the left-hand side menu in client admin, select Payments > Subscriptions.
- On the Subscriptions screen in the top right corner, click Actions > New Product.
- Complete the fields within the new product form

Link Account (required) - Select an account where payments will be sent. This account must be Strip e-commerce enabled. When the service is created, admins will be asked to link an account which will manage subscription requests via the service desk. Once created, link account cannot be edited.
Limit – The amount of subscriptions available to this service. Leave as 0 if it’s unlimited.
Attributes - this field is currently not used, leave blank. Attributes will disappear once saved.

Active – Select whether this is an active or inactive plan. - Click Save. Repeat steps 5-8 until you have all the plans needed, then see how to create a service to link the subscription with a new or existing service.
Tips
To manage your subscription and whether it is available in the app, use the Active toggle on the Subscription screen. This can be used rather than deleting a subscription.
