How to add an image to a service

Adding an image to a service

Services are created without an image and you can add an image after the service has been created (it is not possible to add an image at the creation stage). It is recommended to add a video or image to give the app user a visual indication of what the service is about. Currently you can only upload up to 10 images per service.

The service image will show on the service list view, the service page and homepage service feed.

If a service has an image it will show to the left of the service name on the Services screen in the admin portal.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu in building or client admin, select Services.
2. On the Services screen, navigate to the service you want to publish and on the far right click Actions > Add/Update media.
   
3. On the Upload Image modal, click Choose File and select the file you want to add to the service from your folders and click Open. Note, images should be a PNG or JPEG file and under 4MB in size.
   
4. Click Save. Your service will now have an image in the app.
