Deleting a subscription plan
Once a subscription plan is deleted it will no longer appear in the admin portal, in the app, or on reports.
If you no longer want a plan to appear in the app but would like it to remain visible, use the Active toggle to deactivate the plan.
Steps
- From the left-hand side menu in client admin, select Payments > Subscriptions.
- On the Subscriptions screen, navigate to the subscription you want to delete a plan from and on the far right click Actions > List Plans.
- On the plans screen, navigate to the plan you want to delete and on the far right click Actions > Delete.
- A warning modal will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the plan, click Proceed.
- Your plan is now deleted.
