Steps
- From the left-hand side menu in building or service admin, click Service Desk > Subscriptions.
- On the Subscription screen navigate to the request, on the far right click Actions and take one of the following actions:
- Edit: Allows you to add notes about the subscription which will show under allocation on the subscriptions screen. For example, you can make a note about which locker number was allocated to the user.
- Cancel: Allows you to cancel the subscription for the app user.
