What’s new
Homepage Redesign
We’ve been working to improve the user interface and user experience of the Homepage. The footer menu improvements were released in V1.75, all other improvements have been released in this release. The changes have improved the legibility of each content piece, as the text previously overlayed the image restricting the images that could be used. These improvements won’t impact the current content appearing on the homepage nor will it change the logic that determines what is shown, and there is no action required by clients for this update to take place. New data extracts in preparation for migration to VTS
We’ve created new data extracts that will allow clients to better leverage their historic Host data as they transition to VTS. These extracts will be provided to clients by the digital team at the time of transition to VTS and will contain information from each section in the admin portal. The new extracts created this release were:
- Admin accounts
- App users
- Buildings
- Spaces
- Tenancy listings
What’s improved
Blocked app users and deactivated tenancies
- Deactivated tenancies
After a tenancy has been deactivated, if the app user tries to access or use the app they will be shown a tenancy deactivated message. The only action the app user will be able to take is to access a limit view of My Profile.
- Blocked app users
After an app user is blocked, if they try to access or use the app they are now shown an updated message and are able to submit a contact us form to alert those nominated Building Access Support Email Address in the admin portal that the app user is blocked and are trying to access the app.
App user information removed from reports
Personal identifiable information has been removed from food and beverage reports.
Resolved bugs
App
- When on the newsfeed list view with an article that has a video, after applying a filter to the list, the video icon then displays on articles that have no video available.
- OpenPath showing request access error state to app users prompting them to restart the application.
- App users unable to upload an image to events which require image upload. [Android only]
- Change building option is displaying to all app users under My Profile when it should only be shown to Client Managers or Enterprise Tenancies. [iOS only]
- Concierge app users unable to navigate back to home screen after navigating to the requests screen.
- When navigating to my bookings from the event booking confirmation screen, the book an event button remains on the screen momentarily. [iOS only]
- The QR scanner page is missing a page title.
- After filtering is applied to a newsfeed page, the skeleton loading screen shows content from the previous page.
- Pull down to refresh missing on news list view. [iOS only]
Admin portal
- When a space is configured with a cost of $1,000 or more per interval and you update the description of the space and click save, the interval cost defaults to $0.
