Bulk assign roles

Bulk assign roles allows you to either change the access type of the app user or make a change to a group of app users.

What you can do:

• Assign the access role of Client Manager
• Assign the access role of Concierge
• Assign the access role of Delivery Officer
• Validate email addresses of app user
• Assign the access role of Tenant rep
• Assign the access role of Test user
• Block the app user

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu, select App Users > List Users.
2. On the list users screen in the top right corner select Actions > Export User List.
   
3. On the upload import file modal select the bulk action change you would like to make, what you want to happen for any matched users and what you want to happen for any unmatched users. Upload a CSV file that contains the email addresses of the app users you want to make a change on.
   
4. Click Save.
