Creating an account
To access the admin portal an account needs to be created.
Client and building admins can create accounts.
Types of accounts:
- Client (created by client admin)
- Building (created by building admin)
- Space (created by building admin)
- Service Provider (created by building admin)
- Data Analyst (contact Host for Data Analyst role to be created)
Steps
- From the left-hand side menu, select Accounts.
- On the tenants screen in the top right corner select Actions > New Account.
- Complete the fields within the new building account creation form. See the field description list for more information on the fields.
- Click Save.
Tips
Use the search bar at the top to easily find an account.
Use the toggles to toggle on and off whether the account is active, 2 factor authentication and signing on with single sign-on.
