How to activate/deactivate a tenant

Activating/deactivating tenants

To allow app users with the domain names in the tenancy to register to the app, ensure the tenancy is activated.

Deactivate a tenant to remove the tenant from the building and to prevent app users with the domain names in the tenancy from registering to the app.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu in building admin, select My Building > Tenants.
2. On the Tenant screen, navigate to the tenant you want to activate or deactivate and click Actions > Deactivate/Activate.
   
3. A warning modal will appear asking if you are sure you want to activate/deactivate, click Proceed.
   
4. The tenant will now be activated/deactivated.
