Block all app users in a tenancy

Blocking all app users in a tenancy prevents app users registered to the tenancy from accessing the app and seeing the contents.

Steps

1. From the left-hand side menu in building admin, select My Building > Tenants.
2. On the Tenant screen, navigate to the tenant you want to activate or deactivate and click Actions > Block All App Users.
   
3. A warning modal will appear asking if you are sure you want to block all app users in the tenancy, click Proceed.
   
4. All app users will now be blocked.
