What’s new

New data extract in preparation for migration to VTS

We have created a new data extract that will allow clients to better leverage their historic Host data as they transition to VTS.  These extracts will be provided to clients by the Digital Team at the time of transition to VTS and will contain information from each section in the admin portal. The new extract created this release was for the Key Contacts feature.

What's improved

Service Payment Screens

For all Service request that require payment, prior to the request being sent to the service management team, the app user is shown a screen summarising their cost and confirming their payment method. This screen has been refreshed to provide a consistent experience across the platform.

Variations of the screen are shown dependant on the configuration of the service (e.g. pending approval, pay via invoice, pay via subscription, etc).

Photo Picker

On iOS, the photo library image selection screen has been updated to ensure the header buttons titled ‘Cancel’ & ‘Done’ are always visible.

F&B Order History

If an app user has made F&B orders from a Vendor, who has since been hidden from that user (via group targeting), the historical F&B orders from the hidden vendor will now remain visible to the app user via the ‘My Order’ section.

App Retry

Android app users who encounter an error, resulting in the app being unable to load successfully, will be shown a button to attempt a retry, rather than the app user being forced to close and relaunch the app.

Android SDK Updates

• Openpath SDK updated to version 0.4.1.
• Kastle SDK to version 3.7.12

Resolved Bugs

App

• Android users will be noticing that the footer bar is now accurately reflecting to users they are viewing the Home page again, having navigated back there using the ‘back’ button.  
• For Registered app users who have not opened the app since version 1.71, the app was crashing in the background after performing automatic updates.
• For iOS users, when exiting the Kastle Registration screen, the footer navigation was failing to re-animate and be visible again.
• Within the app, users will note that the translation for the text ‘View All’ on the homepage is now being translated and displayed correctly.

Admin

• The ability to create new products within the F&B Vendor Admin Portal has been restored.
• When creating, or editing an event, the ‘+’ symbol will now be saved and displayed on both the List View Description and Content Card Description.
• For integrations which were trying to input content images that were over 4mb and failing to upload.

• Instant email blasts which were very large in file size were slow to send or failing.
