We’ve been working hard to make Host Building better! Here’s the new and improved features, integration updates and resolved bugs you’ll find in this release.
What’s new
Client Admins to redeem an offer for a user
We have created a new data extract that will allow clients to better leverage their historic Host data as they transition to VTS. These extracts will be provided to clients by the Digital Team at the time of transition to VTS and will contain information from each section in the admin portal. The new extract created this release was for the Key Contacts feature.
Accounts screen now supports filtering by role
Admin users can now filter Accounts list view to show specific account types.
Webviews
Users on app version 1.80 or lower will be shown all webview app content in a browser that is external to the app. This change will impact both Apple and Android app users.
Services list view
On Android, the list view for Services now displays the service title under the image, aligning it with the iOS experience.
Resolved bugs
Android
- For Subscription Services, when navigating ‘back’ to the details page from the payment summary page subscription options were missing from the page.
- App users who had not opened the app in an extended period where having the app crash in the background
- When navigating from the homepage banner carousel to services content that was suppressed, users were seeing the wrong page header for the services content.
iOS
- The spaces payment summary screen was dropping cents from the rate displayed
- Placeholder text and background colour for custom capture fields are consistently reflecting the correct colour colours across all features
- For subscription services, the payment summary screen was showing tax title of the global tax data rather than the name of tax rate set against the individual product.
Admin portal
- Via the Service Desk, direct email which were sent against an established service request were not being received by users.
- Building Admins were unable to save images against News content.
- Spaces which where configured with multiple rates where failing to apply the correct rate when the user booked the maximum booking duration if that value matched the minimum booking duration of a rate.
- In the Accounts list view, ‘Concierge’ roles where not noting the building associated with the role.
