WYSIWYG Editor
NEW text formatting options
News and Event content now support Bold, Italic and Underlined text. This complements the existing support for weblinks. From the admin portal bold, italic, dot point indentation and web links can be set. Underlined text and emoji's will be supported if copied into the editor.

IMPROVED FUNCTIONALITY
When admins are creating News and Homepage content, the interface for linking to internal content has been updated. The list of content which can be "linked to" is simple to navigate, organised by content type and then category.
This update introduces support for Suppressed categories of content being able to be linked to.

Spaces
NEW FEATURE: Days in advance
Spaces can now be individually configured to limit how far in advance app users can book a Space. Once configured, any date beyond the set range will not show up in the calendar for selection by the app user.
It is not required to set the "booking days in advance limit". Days in advance can be as little as one day. This field will work in conjunction with the "booking cutoff time". e.g. a Space can be set to only be booked 30 days in advance but on the day of the booking, users cannot book with in 1 hour of the start time.

Mobile Access
- If a building with existing app users enables Gallagher, the "Is Gallagher Enabled?" toggle will automatically assign the Gallagher Access Role to all existing app users by default. An admin that can manage the user's roles can by setting it to false at any time. The integration does not auto enable this flag.
- HID SDK updated to v1.7.1
Food & Beverage
IMPROVED EXPERIENCE: Cancel orders from within app
If an app user places an F&B order and then quickly changes their mind, they are now able to cancel the order from within the app. By cancelling the order, the app use will not be charged / the pre-auth is released.
The cancellation button has been added to the order success screen and the order receipt. Cancellation is available to the app user for the duration set in the client config 'Order Process Time Limit (Integer)' *default is 60 seconds.
When an app user taps cancel a warning alert appears to confirm if they want to cancel.
Other Improvements
- Quicklinks - On Android improvements have been made to displaying the quicklinks menu. This improvements provides a consistent and predictable experience for app users, regardless of the dimensions of their phone display.
- For Spaces and Services which are processed at a cost to the app user, the tax rate name is now inherited from the vendor, not the country.
Resolved Bugs
- Buildings were losing state configuration which was resulting in location-based features (e.g. events) displaying incorrect information.
- On iOS, when the concierge was using their QR Scanner to return items for loans they were being shown the name of the person who processed the scan (their own name) as opposed to the app user's name.
- News articles were displaying the 'More Information' button without 'Link To' being configured.
- When an app user clicks into a document within the library a copy of this document is then emailed to the app user. On this email the category to which this document belongs is shown, however the category number, as opposed to the name was being shown.
- Within the portal, when admins checked against an individual app user, they could not see the policies which that user had historically accepted.
- On Android, in Spaces, if the min and max booking times were the same (e.g 4 hours) users were not able to book the Space for the available period.
