NEW FEATURE: A convenient way of accessing your favorite features from the Homepage

Turned on and configured at a building level
Tiles can be anything that is set in the main menu, this includes tiles with suppressed content.
Tile behavior in Quick Links matches tile behavior in menu
The name and icon displayed as a Quick Link will match that used in the menu.
Icon colour can be different from the menu, all 4 must the same colour.
All 4 tile places MUST be set.
If one more tiles are set to a targeted audience, only those targeted to see all 4 tiles will see the Quick Links, all other users will see the homepage without this feature.
Admin can choose what position (1 to 4, left to right) the icons display.

Discounts are created and then applied to an Event.
Discounts can be dollar ($) or percentage (%) based.
Restrictions around who can use a discount (e.g User or Tenant group) are applied at the discount level using Group Targeting.
Discounts have start/end dates and can be toggled on/off.
One discount code can be applied across multiple events.
Multiple different discounts can be applied to an event.
Discounts only apply to the event booking fee and does not carry through to any custom fields for that event.
Current iteration, the user only sees the price they are being charged, not the discounted amount.
If a user is associated with multiple discounts, the largest discount will apply.
Admins can see which discounts are associated with each event (‘Event’ page) AND what events are associated with each discount (‘Discounts’ page).
Once a discount is applied by a user, that discount cannot be edited or deleted to ensure accurate financial reporting

Improved QR code generation to ensure security:

Code automatically refreshes every 10 seconds
If a code is screenshot, the app will detect this, and a pop-up will display informing the user that the QR code in their screenshot is no longer valid.
A new code is automatically generated when the user closes the warning message.

Vendor admins can now toggle locations on and off. When turned off, the location is not sent to the app and thus users cannot select it. This allows location configurations to remain in the system, even while they are not active (e.g. Boardroom delivery is not available as the room is temporarily shut).
Reports extracted by vendor and client admins now include ‘Pay on arrival’ orders.
As a user viewing order history, when an order status other than the expected (received, preparing, completed, etc) are returned from the backend the user receives a message that an “An Error Occurred”. Previously, if an error occurred, the user would have seen a blank screen.

Event style updates – new icons, button padding, improved messaging upon cancelling free events, every screen of event booking experience show a title.
Event payment failure – App users see the failure reason in a modal if payment for a booking fails.

Calendar - When users first click into ‘View Calendar’ the current date is automatically selected.
Time zones - When the users timezone is different to the Spaces time zone (building settings) the calendar takes this into account and only returns availability in line with the space settings

Homepage - When the top, feature carousel is set to be configured at a client admin level, the ”link to” feature now shows all possible tiles it could link to. The list of tiles is alphabetical with the type of tile in brackets after the name.
Payments - If in-app payment for a service request, event or spaces booking fails, the user receives an error message. After dismissing the error message, the user can change the payment method or attempt payment again.
Registration – mobile prefix now allows for 3 digits and a ”+” character
Tenancy upload - Product/ support team can bulk upload tenancies into a building, reducing the time to onboard and launch new builds.
JWT token authentications – Provides the opportunity to share data securely with a third party if required - requires support on the third parties' side.

Interest Groups – Multi-option interest groups were not saving
My Profile - Clicking the up or down arrow for My QR Code accordion fails to collapse or expand the accordion sometimes. The user needs to click another time to make it work.
Reporting - When downloading a Popular News Articles report the full titles are cutoff.
Reporting - When attempting to export the Loan History Report as a service account (concierge), a 403 error is displayed.
Polls - Empty space on the homepage screen when dismissing or answering a poll.
Event scanner - The ‘Select Date’ field on the Event scanner was broken for iOS 14 users only.
Registration – (Some Android devices only) When the device is on Power Saving Mode, the registration freezes with a loading spinner after verifying the email address and pressing on ‘Submit’
Services – (Some Apple devices only) The very first image does not render all the way to the edge, but once you scroll it fixes itself.
Offers - Offer creation failing due to date validation issue.
External links – One article could have duplicated external links due to the same content being edited in two different sessions.
